Thanks to the Widlaser S1000 we can cut and engrave different materials such as methacrylate, glass, wood, cork, fabric, paper and aluminium, all with a laser. The recently purchased machine is the first of its kind in Europe and allows us to strengthen our aim for sustainable production as it doesn’t generate any type of waste and consumes little energy.
This instrument, together with a software, allows us to calibrate the colour and to regulate the use of ink. We therefore achieve an extremely reliable print, save on ink and complying with the Forga and G7 international colorimetric certificates.
We have two DURST printers, of 3 and 5 metres respectively, which provide us with the highest quality and reliability for automated printing 24/7.
Thanks to sublimation printing with water-based dyes we are able to print on fabric in high resolution and with a greater sustainability by reducing volatile organic composites and ultrafine particles.
Printing directly onto practically any material allows us to reduce both production times and environmental impact.
We have two HP Latex printers, global leaders in sustainability. Latex inks are environmentally friendly and do not produce harmful emissions that damage the ozone layer, neither in the printing process nor during exhibition on advertising media.
This machine allows a print to be transferred from paper to fabric through sublimation. Its main environmental advantages are: it doesn't emit any harmful gasses and it is totally odourless and fireproof.
As well as introducing electric cars to our fleet of vehicles, we recycle the waste that we produce (ISO 14001) and apply procedures that allow us to reduce energy consumption as much as possible (ISO 5000).
In 2019 we implemented the Pureti Print post-print processing, which allows pollutant organic particles like those produced by hydrocarbons to be eliminated.

SUNDISA begins its adventures in 1981 with a traditional package delivery service, initially specialising in recorded delivery for editorials. It then incorporated the recorded delivery of invitations and special shipments.
We take our first steps in the distribution of important events, our first big assignment being the delivery of hand fans from Café de Brasil Mundial de Futbol.
We begin to offer a signage service. The first orders were banners, billboards and vinyls that we produced by hand.
This was when we began to produce large format canvases.
The big project arrives: The Barcelona Olympic Games, a huge milestone for SUNDISA. SUNDISA's main challenge in the Olympic Games was covering all projects resulting from this huge event throughout its short duration.
We purchase our first digital printers. This allows us to put together more individual elements.
The Barça Centenary was one of the first comprehensive campaigns carried out by SUNDISA.
We moved from the Eixample district to the Gran Via Sur industrial estate, where we currently have our production plant.
The incorporation of new digital printing technology allowed us to make a qualitative leap in the service with a greater margin for creativity in our solutions. Anything was possible!
